  They dont know much about services offered they have offered me deals that later turn out not true this has happened twice which caused me to be on the phone with att for hours trying to solve the issues on my bills. i went to buy a new smartphone and one of the employees at first offered me $47 and another $127 to turn in my iphone later that sameday, i was about to get my new phone but the sales rep made me doubt about buying and ended up living and not buying anything im going to search for another store eventhough this one is conveniently i rather drive and get better service.
