  EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... I Called about ordering balloons with delivery the guy that answered the phone ask why, would I sell balloons and deliver to you do not want us to decorate? Well, maybe because it's a service that the website clearly says you provide, my question to him is why not? If I am only trying to purchase 100 balloons, & need them to be delivered! He hung up on me... And I'm sure he has called Id because he sent me to voicemail when I called back!!! How Rude!

  Ken and Sandra were fantastic! They made our son’s second birthday even more magical with 5’ tall jungle animal balloons that were the talk of the party. Very easy to work with and nailed every idea I had for his birthday party. Thank you guys, and we’ll definitely be calling you again for our next party!
