  To the female elmhurst police officer working on the corner of crescent ave and spring road the day of the St. Patrick’s day parade 2018 at 10:15, please engage in people management and empathy training - you are an employee of Elmhurst and as such a public servant. Remember your oath to the residents. Your counter part, Officer Ortiz, should be commended - the exact same interaction with him was a far better experience and handled perfectly (hence the 5 stars).   No Help at All ! Tried to obtain a Illnois motorist accident report sheet from wich you can obtain at any other police station easily no questions asked . I went in Elmhurst police station explaining mine was damaged and was in need of another. I was denied after i just explained how the bar code on top of the sheet that asigns a car accident to the report could be crossed out and my bar code/# could be put in its place . So i called to every police station near by and was told i can pick one up at thier location . After driving to the next town and doing so i went back and showed the over paid lazy snooty female officer who seem to be Chair bound how easy it was to obtain this Paper that is for "THE STATES" official documentation and that next time she should help Anyone who needs it .
